Simcoe Simcoe Simcoe Cold IPA

Brewed in collaboration with our buddies Makemake brewery and our hop merchant Yakima Chief Hops. Crisp, bitter west-coast IPA fermented with lager yeast and brewed with local Pilsner malt and flaked rice. Hopped with 3 different types of Simcoe hops  - T90 and Cryo pellets and Hyperboost hop extract - for 3 dimensional hop saturation.
